CP motors services in Llantwit Major organise an annual Classic car show for a designated charity and this year, we were kindly made the recipients of the funds raised.
Over 40 classic cars of all vintages assembled at the site and a large crowd looked in awe at the quality of the cars on view. All ages of the public came and for the railway enthusiast both young and old, the Gileston light railway entertained everyone with a working model railway engine, that ran up and down a carefully laid track.
There was also a raffle and Farmers Pantry – a local butcher assisted with the BBQ which was so popular it sold out of burgers by 11 am!!
This was an amazing event which raised over £1,800 and we are extremely grateful to Mr Chris Pope and all his staff who turned out to run the event
