Mark Goodall was a hardworking member of the medical records department at the University Dental Hospital in Cardiff. These people are fundamental to the workings of the service and are most certainly the unsung heroes. Consultants always get the praise but without people like Mark we couldn’t do our job. He certainly made every effort to support Face up
He was hardworking and always had a smile and a nice word for everyone and when I had to ask a favour of him, nothing was ever to much trouble.
It is therefore with great sadness, that Mark unfortunately passed away recently and friends and colleagues have donated £500 of which Face up have had £250 donated – the other £250 being given to the Addisons self help group, a disease that Mark suffered but took on the chin!!
This donation is so appreciated although it goes without saying I personally would rather have him here helping in his own way but this donation in his memory is greatly appreciated.
I do hope this donation will remind others of what Face up is trying to do and every contribution – large or small will be used for the benefit of all our patients.
