Our own Speech therapist – Clare Fisher ran the 10 K and raised £165 for face up via our Just giving website. A fantastic achievement and greatly appreciated.
We are yet to see her walk properly again !!!!!
Three Consultants from the Dental Hospital – Phil Atkin; Nick Drage and Liam Addy took part in the inaugral Wales Velothon. This took place on the 14th June – Nick and Liam completed the 140 Km and Phil did 50 Km – a fantastic effort and they are all now back to walking normally again !!!
They raised over £500 – a brilliant effort and much appreciated.

A charity curry extravaganza took place at the Purple Poppadom restaurant in Canton, Cardiff under Anand George’s expertise on the 29th June . 75 people were treated to a wonderful array of dishes superbly created by Mr George and we were all looked after superbly well by his team. Anton Woodhouse kindly organised the fund raising event including a raffle as well as “heads or tails” A grand total of £3,900 was raised for the charity.
