As part of Reebok Cardiff’s CrossFit Open 2020, starting on the 11th November, and running for 5 weeks we will try and raise as much money for FaceUp Cymru. This is a local head and neck cancer charity designed to support patients who have suffered and have been treated for head and neck cancers. This can often leave them with physical, functional and psychological challenges. The charity is designed to help with this by various means. More detail can be found on the website http://faceupcymru.org.uk.
This CrossFit Community team consists of: Liam Addy, Daniel Jones, Jen Taylor, Ellie Lewis, Katherine Shafer, Adrian Loureiro Fernadez, Rachel Colclough, Holly Jenkins, Parick Stanford, Jo Knight, Amy Lowe, Joseph Myers, Shaun Suller, Attila Juhasz, Jack Wright, Heather Jacobs, Andrew Phillips, Hannah Layton, Jordan Williams, Ellen Downey, Chris Hughes, Benjamin Yeo, Stuart Hancock, Matt Sedman, Tom Walker, Alfie Reed, Tom Downey, Alexander Shanahan, Catherine Knapton, Terry Gordon and Fadi Baydoun.

Hi,
As with any charity, we always welcome offers to help raise money. If you have any ideas eg Coffee morning ; concerts ; skittle matches ; car boot sale please let us know via the. email and we can help with sponsorship forms; leaflets; banners and importantly collecting tins.
Also if you are planning on running eg marathon like John Vlahos, then we now have Face up vests which we can give you to wear. These were kindly purchased by our trustee Peter Manning – we are indebted to him for his generosity.
Every penny helps so please think hard and if you can help we would be eternally grateful
